Hiring Range

$85,800.00 - $117,975.00/Annual
Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $5,000 and relocation assistance of up to $7,500 for those that qualify!

🩺 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of nursing professionals, ensuring high-quality care and compassionate service across the unit.

  • Build a winning team culture, improving staff retention

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments—rehab, social services, activities, dietary, pharmacy, and consulting physicians—to maintain personalized care plans for each resident.

  • Promote safety and policy compliance, proactively managing risk and supporting a culture of accountability.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and performance, fostering professional growth and team morale.

  • Monitor and drive quality assurance initiatives that continuously improve resident care and operational excellence.

  • Provide direct nursing support, including medication administration, as needed.

📘 What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Required)

    • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (Preferred)

  • Licenses & Certifications:

    • Active RN license with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (Required)

    • BLS/CPR Certification via American Heart Association (Required within 30 days of hire)
