Your Role
As a Route Area Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our milk procurement operations. You'll ensure smooth collection activities, maintain quality standards, coordinate with farmers and transporters, and help us deliver the freshest milk from farms to our processing facility.
What You'll Do
🚚 Drive Daily Route Operations
- Supervise milk collection routes and ensure timely operations.
- Monitor route performance, milk volumes, and collection schedules.
- Coordinate with farmers, transporters, and chilling centres for seamless execution.
🤝 Build Strong Farmer Relationships
- Maintain healthy relationships with milk suppliers and village collection partners.
- Resolve farmer concerns promptly and support engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand the milk procurement network.
🥛 Ensure Quality at Every Step
- Monitor milk quality parameters and hygienic handling practices.
- Ensure accurate weighing, sampling, and proper data recording.
- Report quality deviations and support corrective actions.
📊 Monitor Performance & Reporting
- Maintain route-wise reports on milk collection, quality, timings, and logistics.
- Track operational efficiency, fuel usage, and route costs.
- Support data-driven improvements across operations.
👨👩👦 Lead & Support the Team
- Guide route assistants, drivers, and field staff.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking For
Education
- Graduate in Agriculture, Dairy Technology, Supply Chain, or any related discipline.
Experience
- Experience in milk procurement, dairy operations, rural logistics, or field operations is preferred.
- Passionate candidates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Strong field operations and route management skills
- Good understanding of dairy operations and milk quality
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and reporting tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
