WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ROUTE PLANNER TO AHOLA TRANSPORT SP.Z O.O.
About the role
As a Route Planner you have overall responsibility for planning drivers' transport tasks within your assigned area and with the available capacity.
As the closest point of contact for your dedicated drivers and their loading units, you communicate load orders, follow up on the transport, and handle changes along the way. Contact is handled via telephone, email, customer web portals and TMS.
The job is teamwork where you seek the most optimal solutions to support the drivers and meet the customer's need while making the business more effective, reliable and environmentally friendly.
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys cooperating with drivers and other team members
Works well under pressure, is organized and good at multitasking
Is fluent in Polish (C1) and has at least B1-level English, with other languages seen as a merit
Is comfortable with basic computer work and keen to learn new systems
Has a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
No previous experience is required, all training is provided by us. What matters most is that you are willing to work in a team and motivated to learn. An interest in transport, logistics or supply chain, or experience in customer service, administration or coordination, is considered a merit.
The employment is full-time (umowa o pracę), hybrid working model. The office is located in Janki. Salary is based on the role, your competence and work experience.
