Job Title:Royal Canin-E2E Planning Supervisor-Fengxian

What will be your key responsibilities upon joining Mars?

i) Demand Planning (40%)
•    Owner to drive accuracy by DC by SKU FCST through incoming 26 Periods 
•    Periodic run FCST process with Pillars’ Sales & Marketing team to generate rolling 26 Periods FCST at by DC SKU level
•    Operating / Manage FCST system with mathematic calculation for DRP/MRP
•    Publish regular KPI report and continuously improve planning related KPI results
•    Make sure the revisit periodic FCST with supply constraint are well communicated and managed
KPI : SFA, Bias

ii) Supply Planning (35%)
•    Develop short/long-term import purchasing plans for based on approved demand forecasts
•    Conduct Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to evaluate production capacity versus demand requirements and proactively identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans
•    Develop and manage Distribution Requirement Plans (DRP) across Factory, Hub, RDC, and customer distribution network
•    Monitor on-hand & in-transit stock weekly, identify SLOB/OOS risks and implement corrective actions
KPI : OSDC, OTIF

IV) Others (25%)
-    Item Master set up & maintenance including: coding , ABC classification etc
-    New products launch and products renovation coordination with cross functional team 
-Conduct annual portfolio reviews and perform portfolio health analyses to identify optimization opportunities, supporting Marketing and Business Teams in developing a balanced, profitable, and sustainable portfolio strategy


What we are looking for in you:

-Minimum 2–5 years of experience in supply chain;

-Proven experience in both Demand Planning and Supply Planning functions. Candidates with cross-functional rotations across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, or S&OP processes are highly preferred

-Excellent conflict management & communication skills;

-Proactive, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and manage ambiguity;

-Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills;

-Good at Digital Tooling and excellent Microsoft Office with strong skills and understanding of ERP system;

-Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English;

-Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade or related field
