The RPA Developer will be responsible for analyzing business processes and designing, developing and implementing workflow automation & RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate and any other workflow automation & RPA tools.
They will create and maintaining documentation, support new and existing solutions, support projects go-live, hyper care, and post-production support.
S/he/they will provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of RPA and be involved in day-to-day operational decision making and tactical and strategic decision making.
S/he/they will also provide organizational support and technical expertise in RPA and operational knowledge around processes and optimization. S/he/they will work collaboratively and proactively with team colleagues, stakeholders, partners, and system integrators while ensuring compliance with company practices and policies.
The RPA Developer will report to Manager Global Workflow Automation & RPA.
Your role
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain UiPath-based RPA and workflow automation solutions.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Build scalable, reusable automation frameworks following enterprise standards.
Develop unattended automations, OCR/IDP solutions, and AI-assisted workflows.
Integrate automations with SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, Microsoft platforms, APIs, and web applications.
Manage UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, scheduling, monitoring, logging).
Support deployments, production monitoring, hypercare, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, code reviews, and automation governance.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including PDDs, solution designs, and operational guides.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and automation innovation.
Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development in enterprise environments.
Nice to have: UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Professional certification
Strong expertise with REFramework, exception handling, queues, transaction management, logging, and retry mechanisms.
Proven experience with UiPath Orchestrator and enterprise automation best practices.
Experience integrating SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, REST APIs, and structured data.
Knowledge of OCR/IDP, AI-assisted automation, LLM integrations, or intelligent workflows.
Experience with Power Platform / Power Automate, Git, CI/CD, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or VB.NET); SQL and Azure are a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, Agile, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in global teams with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and experience supporting production automations.
