Rural Emergency Medicine – Southeast Georgia

ERx Group has an opening for a family physician to practice emergency medicine. The hospital is a small independent critical access hospital. The position is ideally suited for a boarded FP/IM/ER physician with ER experience. Job Details: Daily volume runs 23 patients per day. 12 and 24 -hour shifts Flexible scheduling EMR system is Meditech. Dictation is Dragon A+ Malpractice Insurance paid. Independent Contractor status (1099) status Potential sign-on for full-time physicians. Our providers work as independent contractors for added tax benefits and the ability to Moon-light. Alma and South Georgia Area Highlights Alma is Georgia’s Blueberry Capital hosting the Blueberry festival each June.
