Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose innovative, best-practice solutions aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
Configure and customize the SAP S/4HANA Service module to meet specific business requirements.?
Design and develop Core Data Services (CDS) views for data modeling and create OData services to expose S/4HANA data for integrations and Fiori applications.?
Develop, configure, and troubleshoot the integration touch points between S/4HANA Service and other SAP systems?
Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure a seamless and robust implementation.
Facilitate workshops, user training, and change management initiatives to support successful system adoption.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Stay current with SAP roadmap developments, updates, and industry trends.
Mentor and guide junior consultants within the SAP practice.
Educational qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA
Experience :
8+ years of experience in SAP consulting and technical delivery roles
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Experience in S/4HANA Service module?
Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori apps, and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Familiarity with CDS views, OData services, and BADIs?
Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and configurations?
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business and IT teams
Preferred Skills :
Experience with SAP BAIP (RAP, CAP, AI Hub, etc.)
SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA or related module preferred.
