About the Role: The Sales & Data Analyst is a hybrid role that combines deep analytical capabilities with a strong understanding of sales process. This position is responsible for reporting of data and delivering actionable insights through data to support sales.

·      Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and revenue opportunities.

·      Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support real-time decision-making.                                                                                               

·      Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behaviour, lead conversion, and churn patterns.    

·      Identify and implement automation and data visualization improvements to streamline reporting.                              

·      Reporting and submission of data reports to Partners.

·         Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

·         Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.

·         Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics is added advantage).                               

·         Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, speed, and scalability of reporting.                             

·         B2C/B2B Sales experience is added advantage.
