Sales and Education Manager

This highly experienced Sales and Education Manager will join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, Noble Panacea. We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic candidate to lead our sales efforts across Hong Kong, Singapore, and South China (Guangdong). In this role, you will develop high-performing teams and execute strategies to capture market share. You will be responsible for managing direct sales representatives, forecasting revenue, and collaborating with Marketing and Operations to ensure NP success in the market.  

Travel: 60% (Asia including China, Singapore and Hong Kong) 

Sales & Business Performance

· Drive Revenue: Lead the team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets. Analyze performance data and adjust strategies in real-time.

· Coach for Results: Work with sales associates on the floor, providing real-time feedback on selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

· Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and product presentation align with brand visual standards to maximize appeal and sales.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

· Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysis to executive leadership on a weekly/monthly basis.

· Process Adherence: Ensure the sales team is effectively using the CRM and adhering to the company's sales methodology.

· Data Analysis: Analyze regional sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Marketing Alignment: Work with the marketing team to tailor regional campaigns, events, and lead generation efforts.

· Customer Advocacy: Act as the executive sponsor for key regional clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

· Competitive Intelligence: Relay market feedback and competitor activity to the product and strategy teams.

Team Leadership & Development

· Recruit & Hire: Source, interview, and onboard talented sales associates who align with the brand's values.

· Train & Motivate: Conduct regular team meetings, product knowledge sessions, and role-playing exercises to keep the team sharp and motivated.

· Performance Management: Manage the team schedule, conduct performance reviews, and address any performance issues promptly.

Customer Experience

· Set the Standard: Model exceptional customer service behaviors. Handle escalated customer complaints or issues with grace and professionalism.

· Build Loyalty: Foster an environment where the team builds genuine relationships with repeat customers (e.g., capturing clientele data, notifying clients of new arrivals).

Product & Treatment Training

· Design and update global training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning modules) on NP science, product knowledge, and treatment protocols for local market.

· Teach proper facial treatments, device usage (e.g., skin testing device), and consultation best practices.

· Educate teams on ingredients, benefits, and proper usage of skincare products.

· Ensure brand messaging is consistent across retail, e-commerce, and partner locations.

· Stay updated on industry innovations (ultra-premium skincare competitors’ claims, medical aesthetics etc.).

Business Development and Distribution

• Develop a robust strategy for Asia offline retail expansion.

• Negotiate lowest feasible retailer margins with most advantageous terms.

• Identify potential new distributor partners for retail, approach, negotiate and onboard the best partners for each region.

Requirements

Experience 

  • 10+ years skincare progressive sales experience with at least 4+ years in manager role. 
  • Consistent history of exceeding revenue goals in a complex sales environment. 
  • Must have experience of managing HK, SG, Taiwan, and Malaysia markets. 
  • Preferred certified aesthetician. 

 

Flexibility 

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region to visit teams and key clients. 

 

Communication

  • Charismatic and confident presenter; comfortable speaking to a room of 50 people or doing a one-on-one consultation. 
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential and other relevant languages is highly advantageous to ensure effective local communication. 

 

Education 

  • A degree from an international university preferred but not essential. 
  • Relevant beauty and skincare qualifications.
