Job Title: Senior Executive - Sales Coordinator.

Job Summary:
- Regular follow-up on leads with the Vyapar Sales team, Partners and other internal teams.
- Coordinating with channel partners, connectors, and business associates to obtain lead updates and resolve pending cases.
- Maintaining lead status reports and ensuring no opportunity is missed due to delayed follow-up.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales projections and pipeline reports.
- Monitoring conversion ratios and providing insights on lead aging and bottlenecks.
- Supporting management with accurate forecasting and MIS for business planning.
- Ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders to improve turnaround times and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving business targets
- Follow-up on the leads generated via airpay Capital portal and Physical leads generated by Vyapar team.
- Qualification of leads generated by marketing and Vyapar sales team.
- Follow-up with partner to ensure that leads are login.
- Co-ordination with Vyapar team for collection of secured lending product documents.
- Maintain customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.
- Monitor leads status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Diploma or Certification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Customer Relationship Management is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
