Role/Title: Sales Coordinator / Junior Sales Representative

Location: Owen Sound

Salary Range: $40 - 60k, ***base is 40k

Who You Are

We're looking for an organized, energetic, and motivated individual to support our growing sales team while helping develop new business opportunities across our radio and digital platforms. (Hybrid Position)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative materials, production, and client approvals.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Maintain client records, bookings, and campaign tracking.
• Coordinate interviews, assist with promotions, sponsorships, and events.
• Research and generate new business leads.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and audience growth.
• Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must have Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset.
• Strong administrative skills are essential; experience in sales and marketing is considered an asset  
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-first approach.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required.
