- Manage hiring reports for Promoters
- Review Promoter vendor partnerships
- Compile Promoter interview schedules
- Compile Promoter training schedules
- Coordinate with vendors who will be working with Indodana
- Monitor the Promoter fulfillment process
- Manage the Promoter training registration process
- Manage the Promoter database
- Monitor Consequence Management for Promoters and provide recommendations for necessary actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with administrative work experience are preferred.
- Basic understanding of administrative processes.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Detail-oriented and highly attentive to accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
