We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, conducting site visits, closing sales, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, digital leads, and channel partner inquiries

• Conduct site visits and explain project details confidently

• Follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close sales

• Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and legal teams for smooth closures

• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales pipeline

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Vehicle & valid driving license mandatory

• Willing to work on weekends

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
