As a Enterprise Sales Executive – Healthcare Informatics, you will be responsible for focused customer sales and account management, optimizing and positioning the various solutions within the Enterprise Informatics portfolio. You will play a crucial role in increasing sales volume and developing strong relationships with customers to establish Philips as their preferred supplier.
Your role:
Drive sales within the Enterprise Informatics portfolio and manage accounts, ensuring optimal product mix and sales volume.
Develop and maintain robust customer relationships, positioning Philips as a preferred supplier.
Execute sales strategies to exceed quotas, coordinating projects and initiatives to boost team and individual performance.
Monitor customer activities to ensure visibility and prioritization of sales opportunities.
Resolve issues creatively while fostering a compliant and impactful culture.
Network with senior professionals to remain informed about industry trends and leverage this knowledge for business success.
You're the right fit if you:
Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, bringing a strong academic foundation to your role.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management in the field of healthcare, showcasing your ability to drive results and manage relationships effectively.
Possess experience in the healthcare or med tech industries and have established networks within the Swedish healthcare sector.
Fluent written and verbal in English and Swedish language – is a must-have
Driving licence (Swedish B) and willingness to travel.
Compensation and benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is SEK 518,910 – SEK 815,430. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for a sales incentive, with your rewards linked to your commercial KPI’s. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision. How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
