Job Overview As a Sales Manager at Seena, you will lead and grow our sales team to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth across key markets. You’ll be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance and building strong relationships with merchants and partners. Your goal is to ensure Seena Pay’s solutions reach the right businesses and deliver measurable value. Job Description Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives and merchant acquisition specialists. Identify and develop relationships with key merchants, aggregators and business partners. Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve merchant experience. Monitor and report on sales metrics and pipeline performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. (Recommended) 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in Fintech, payments, SaaS or e-commerce is highly preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
