Candidates with strong experience managing electronics and home improvement retail stores are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead daily store sales operations and achieve revenue targets. Manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Drive sales of consumer electronics, appliances, and home improvement products. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues. Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies. Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained. Train and mentor sales staff on products and selling techniques. Required Skills Retail sales management in electronics/home improvement. Team leadership and performance management. Strong knowledge of consumer electronics and appliances. Inventory and store operations management. Customer relationship and sales closing skills. Preferred Skills Experience with multi-brand retail chains. Strong reporting and analytical skills. Ability to train and develop retail teams. Work Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or home improvement retail stores. Experience with brands such as Jumbo, Eros, DG Sharaf, Croma, Vijay Sales, ACE Hardware, or IKEA is required.
