At NORRIQ, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Account Manager with a pure hunter mindset to accelerate growth in our International Finance ecosystem. You thrive on opening doors with finance leadership. You engage CFOs, group finance directors and controllers at organizations that are outgrowing their current finance setup. You don't wait for opportunities, you create them.
Your mission is clear: generate new leads among international and multi-entity organizations, build a strong pipeline, and close strategic finance transformation deals built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NORRIQ's international finance expertise.
As our Sales Account Manager for our International Finance transformation projects, you will:
Identify and approach international and multi-entity organizations that modernize consolidation, intercompany, compliance or reporting across countries
Prospect proactively through networking, events, cold outreach and referrals, with a client base spread across Belgium and neighboring countries
Engage decision-makers such as CFOs, group finance directors, controllers and IT directors in strategic conversations about their finance transformation projects
Position Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, together with NORRIQ's own finance software and partner solutions (such as Continia, Isabel Connect and Cobase), as the foundation for compliant, connected finance operations across borders
Lead the full sales cycle: from first contact to contract signature
Work closely with pre-sales and finance solution consultants to shape winning proposals that address multi-country compliance, e-invoicing (including Peppol), consolidation and reporting needs
Report directly to our sales management, maintaining short communication lines to quickly follow up on prospects and sales projects
Extensive experience with B2B solution selling (ERP, finance software, IT services, SaaS or consultancy)
Solid background in financial processes
Capable of building and maintaining a network among CFOs, finance directors or controllers
Proven track record in new business acquisition
Strong commercial instinct and closing skills
Comfortable selling complex, high-value solutions to finance and IT stakeholders
