Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in tourism and hospitality markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer requirements. Promote company services through direct sales and marketing activities. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities and recommend business strategies. Required Skills Sales Management – Ability to generate and convert leads. Marketing Strategy – Knowledge of promotional and branding activities. Client Relationship Management – Building long-term customer relationships. Market Research – Understanding customer and industry trends. Preferred Skills Digital Marketing knowledge Tourism industry exposure CRM software experience Work Experience Requirements Typical requirement: 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or hospitality-related roles. Experience in customer-facing environments and revenue generation activities is preferred.
