Sales Officer

Position: Sales Officer (Field salesperson for the company)

Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA Regular Preferred

Experience: 0-4 years

Job Description

Sales:

·      Achieve primary and secondary sales target

·      Achieve Total Call, Productive Call and Productivity targets

·      Ensuring product visibility and use of promotional material to create awareness of the brand in the market.

·      Market working as per beat plan

·      Outlet expansion (both distribution width and depth) as per target

·      Handling market complaints and providing early resolution

·      Timely payment collections

·      Timely and accurate filling up of DSR

·      Providing daily and regular customer and market feedback

·      Communicating the company’s USPs

Preferred Candidate:

·      Age: 24 - 30

·      Education: minimum requirement – Graduate

·      Experience: 2 – 5 years as a Sales Officer or similar role in an FMCG/food company

·      Good communication skills. Excellent knowledge of local language, knowledge of computers, especially excel.

·      Working knowledge of English is a definite plus.
