What You Will Do
As a Sales Representative in Stryker's Peripheral Vascular business, you will drive adoption of innovative technologies that help physicians diagnose and treat complex vascular conditions. Partnering with interventional specialists and healthcare teams, you'll build trusted customer relationships, support procedures, identify growth opportunities, and help improve patient outcomes while growing your territory and advancing Stryker's market presence.
Develop and execute territory business plans to drive adoption and sales growth of Stryker's Peripheral Vascular product portfolio within assigned accounts.
Promote and sell peripheral vascular medical devices and procedural solutions to interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, catheterization laboratories, interventional radiology departments, operating rooms, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities while managing a consistent sales pipeline to achieve territory revenue objectives.
Provide clinical and product support during peripheral vascular procedures, including product demonstrations, case coverage, and physician education activities.
Educate customers on product features, clinical evidence, procedural applications, and appropriate product utilization to support patient care and procedural efficiency.
Analyze territory performance, competitive activity, market trends, and customer needs to develop account-specific growth strategies.
Partner with internal clinical, marketing, and commercial teams to support product launches, customer training programs, and territory growth initiatives.
What You Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience selling peripheral vascular, endovascular, thrombectomy, atherectomy, stent, guidewire, catheter, embolization, or related vascular medical device technologies.
6+ years of experience supporting cases in catheterization laboratories (Cath Lab), interventional radiology (IR), vascular surgery, or operating room environments.
Clinical knowledge of peripheral artery disease (PAD), venous disease, thrombosis, limb salvage, or related vascular therapies.
Additional Information:
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
Must have a valid driver’s license
