Own the floor. Welcome every customer, start the conversation, and make them feel seen from the moment they walk in.
Know your product. Learn our brands, our fits, our fabrics - and use that knowledge to style every customer with confidence.
Sell with purpose. Chase your numbers, back your team, and take pride in hitting your targets.
Build real relationships. Remember names, remember styles, and give people a reason to come back.
Bring the energy. Show up ready, support your team on the floor, and help make every shift a great one.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
A genuine love of fashion, people, and the retail floor.

Reliability and flexibility to work a part-time roster, including weekends.
