We are looking for a reliable and versatile Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role involves providing excellent customer service to our current customers while also supporting the warehouse operations and handling occasional deliveries. If you’re someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Greet customers, identify their needs, and assist with product selection
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
  • Process sales transactions using Deacom
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse & sales area
  • Support Headquarters organization by driving current customer sales

Warehouse Operations:

  • Receive, store, and organize incoming stock
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse

Deliveries (As Needed):

  • Load, secure, and transport goods to customers using a company vehicle
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of items
  • Obtain customer signatures and provide excellent service during delivery
  • Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or incidents promptly

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales, warehouse work, or delivery preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for delivery duties)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are a plus
