Hiring: Trained Freshers – Salesforce | ServiceNow | UiPath (RPA)
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated trained freshers to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers in CRM, ITSM, and Automation technologies.
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office – 5 days/week)
Shift: (3 PM – 12:00 AM IST)
Eligibility Criteria:
• Recent graduates from Computer Science or related streams
• Trained in Salesforce / ServiceNow / UiPath (RPA)
• Basic understanding of respective platforms and concepts
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in US shift timings
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in configuration, customization, and support activities across platforms
• Work on real-time projects in Salesforce, ServiceNow, or UiPath
• Support automation, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements
Preferred Skills:
• Salesforce: Admin/Developer basics, Lightning (added advantage)
• ServiceNow: ITSM modules, workflows, scripting basics
• UiPath: Studio, Orchestrator, RPA concepts
