An operations manager is in charge of maximizing the processes of the different Value Streams on charge and guiding the different members of the organization.
The main tasks of an operations manager are formulate strategies, create a culture of continuous improvement that guarantees maximum performance of the processes and ensuring that material and planning resources ensure compliance with the different performance indicators; within a dynamic, flexible and ethical environment, adhering to regulatory compliance of the Medical Industry.
• Ensure and promote a culture of safety and quality in the organization.
• Ensure a continuous and efficient supply chain to customers.
• Delegate tasks to supervisors and department leaders while maintaining accountability for results.
• Evaluate the work performance of employees, developing and disciplining as necessary.
• Ensure meeting revenue, profit, quality, and on-time delivery goals KPIs.
• Promote a 5S environment.
• Maintain an assertive communication with departments within the organization.
• Determine personnel and resource requirements needed to meet plant goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work with department supervisors and Methods team to continually improve product flow.
• Support corporate objectives to continuously improve the skills and well-being of company personnel.
• Comply with other tasks assigned by the plant manager.
Technical Learning – Understand and have experience in intensive manufacturing processes.

solutions; guiding the team in the analysis of possible solutions.

• Professional/Technical title
Operations/Production managerial/professional staff senior
supervisor 4 years experience
• Engineering Degree or proofed equivalency
• Master degree is a desirable
