A Production Operator uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line, based on Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) and Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines. This job also involves leveraging technical skills to troubleshoot machines and operational processes to meet production goals.
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
• Warning Letters
• EHS Accidents (Due to Operational Negligence)
• "AseguraTE" or "BBS" Reports
• Incidents related to Quality (Non-Conformities for not following the Operating Procedures)

• High School Degree or proofed equivalency
• Able to work from 10 pm to 6 am (Monday - Friday)
• English B1 minimum
• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good Communication Skills and clearly express ideas.
• Blueprint Reading.
• Reading, clear writing (Good Documentation Practices).
• Mathematics ability.
• Ability to use a measurement scale, micrometers, comparators, microscope, go/no go, etc.
• Ability to develop basic calculations and measurement conversion between different measurement systems.
• Basic knowledge of operative and technical personnel management.
• Soft skills management.
• Conflicts resolution.
• Collaborate in continuous improvement projects.
• Current ERP reports.
• Smartsolve.
• Experience as a supervisor
• Experience on medical industry.
