Posting title: SAP BW Lead Consultant Experience: 8-10 Years Location: Bangalore Work mode: On-site Primary skills: SAP BW/4HANA development, ABAP for BW, SAP HANA modeling, and modern analytics platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP Datasphere Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or MCA / M.Tech Role Overview We are looking for an experienced **SAP BW Lead Consultant** with strong expertise in **SAP BW/4HANA development, ABAP for BW, SAP HANA modeling**, and modern analytics platforms such as **SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)** and/or **SAP Datasphere**. Experience with **Vistex** integrations is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support SAP BW/BW/4HANA solutions to meet business reporting and analytics requirements. Lead SAP BW enhancements, production support, upgrades, and release management activities. Develop and optimize SAP BW data models, ETL processes, transformations, DTPs, and process chains. Perform ABAP development within SAP BW environments, including custom routines, enhancements, and performance tuning. Build and optimize SAP HANA models to improve reporting performance and data processing efficiency. Integrate SAP BW with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP Datasphere to deliver modern analytics solutions. Conduct impact assessments, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and recommend scalable solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Support incident, problem, change, and release management processes while ensuring system stability and compliance. Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance across SAP BW initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/BI/BW/4HANA. Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA development and architecture. Strong ABAP development experience within SAP BW environments. Hands-on experience with SAP HANA modeling and performance optimization. Experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP Datasphere. Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling. Proven experience leading SAP BW implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Vistex solutions and related business processes. Experience integrating Vistex data into SAP BW/BW/4HANA reporting solutions. Exposure to SAP BusinessObjects (BO) reporting tools. Experience in SAP BW modernization, migration, or transformation projects. Knowledge of SAP best practices for reporting, analytics, and data governance.
