We are seeking an Integration Manager (SAP) to provide end-to-end leadership and ownership of SAP integration capabilities across our enterprise systems. This role is accountable for integration architecture, standards, governance, delivery oversight, and operational excellence.
You will partner with enterprise architecture, SAP functional owners, infrastructure/security teams, and external vendors/partners to ensure integrations are reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable. You will not only manage delivery, but also drive continuous improvement across interface quality, monitoring, incident handling, and long-term integration strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Own daily operations of SAP integration services/interfaces (production support), including interface health, performance, and stability. Define and maintain monitoring and observability standards:Partner with SAP functional owners and technical teams to maintain interface requirements consistency. Work with vendors/partners when applicable to ensure effective support coverage and timely resolutions.
