Scaffolding Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervision: Lead scaffolding crews in the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Planning: Organize daily scaffolding tasks, allocate manpower, and ensure adherence to project schedules. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure scaffolding activities comply with CISRS standards, project specifications, and offshore safety requirements. Inspection Support: Coordinate with scaffolding inspectors to verify scaffold safety and rectify deficiencies. Documentation: Maintain records of scaffolding activities, inspection reports, and safety permits. Safety Enforcement: Enforce offshore HSE standards, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems during scaffolding operations. Requirements Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Construction/Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5–7 years of offshore scaffolding experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of scaffolding design, load calculations, and offshore safety standards. Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and project specifications. Familiarity with CISRS, ISO, and NOC standards.
