Role Overview:
Responsible for independently managing highly complex client business initiatives consisting of one or multiple scrum teams. Execute end-to-end client engagements. Ensure regular client updates & meetings, stakeholder management, team and project coordination, change management, any failure or risk analysis of the project, data sources, tracking execution & success metrics is done effectively & efficiently.
Looking for a Dynamic and team-oriented Scrum Master & Project Manager with at least 7 plus years of relevant in project management, realization and coordination; Innovative and driven with passion for delivering high-quality work in a timely manner. Detail-oriented and focused on maintaining organization goals and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Excellent understanding of SDLC processes and managing and executing medium to large size complex Cloud based projects (preferably AWS) leveraging SCRUM methodology
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build, work and manage global and diverse teams
Accountable for end-to-end project/program delivery from initiation to closure
Accountable for establishing communications between teams and stakeholders (team, Product owner, Domain SME, 3P vendors, Architecture team, IT Team, etc.) and client, stakeholder management
Ability to interact, coordinate and communicate with all levels of business leadership and operational teams
Ability to lead diverse resources, define and execute training and development plans as per the requirements
Responsible for handling Change Management, Knowledge Management, Risk Management, Quality Management processes as defined by Client
Agile Practices:
Proven experience in executing projects on Agile methodology
Coaching Agile practices and Removing impediments
Engage with the Product Owners to create project vision, define product backlog and perform release planning
Responsible for leading the project team through the Planning and Estimation, Forecasting, Implementation, Reviews and Retrospective activities
Ensure compliance on all the required client recommended processes during the project life-cycle
Work with team in various workstreams to resolve issues, help them progress in the daily tasks and guide them
Working with the team to ensure all Epics, UST, Tasks and other aspects of sprint execution and release management processes are captured in Project tracking/Agile tools (JIRA, Rally etc.) on timely manner
Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
Highly skilled in using Agile tools like JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.
Liaison between Fractal team, Client's Product managers, Clients multiple vendors
Independently clearing the obstacles in multiple projects on daily basis.
Establishing an environment where the team can be effective
Addressing team dynamics tactically. Assigning team members with projects and enable them with required support from various other teams & experts
Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with experience in IT and data and analytics business & portfolio operations
5+ years of experience delivering complex Agile projects, with proven ability to apply /Scrum Master methods and techniques
Ability to multi-task and provide quick solutions
Worked across Global teams and multiple stakeholders
PMI Certified or equivalent experience
SAFe, Scrum and Six Sigma certification, or experience
Executive communication skills, and ability to synthesize program status, risks, and interdependencies
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Teams, Channels, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence
Demonstrated ability to solution, anticipate and be proactive
Good problem solving & insight generation skills
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Education:
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Up to $150,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
