Responsibilities:
- Building multi-platform applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter.
- Collaborating with other developers to create, deploy, and maintain Flutter-based applications for different platforms.
- Performing app profiling and improving performance.
- Writing and reviewing multi-application codes
- Ensuring consistency between the delivered product features and the requirements/criteria of the business.
- Developing new features, maintaining code, and fixing/debugging issues.
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of relevant software development experience.
- Good understanding of Flutter and Dart.
- Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into readable state
- Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git etc.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
Must Have:
- 2-4 years of Flutter/Dart experience
- Method channels/ Platform Channels
- State management (BLoC/Cubit, Provider, or Riverpod)
- Git proficiency (branching, merging, PRs, conflict resolution)
- REST API
- App architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM)
- Local storage (Hive, SQLite, SharedPreferences)
- Deep linking & navigation frameworks (GoRouter, auto_route)
Good to Have:
- CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions)
- Monorepo tools (Melos)
- App store deployment experience (Play Store + App Store)
- REST API
- Native language knowledge — at least one of Java, Kotlin, or Swift
- Animations
- Custom Paint
- Familiarity with Flavors/build variants for multi-environment setups
- Mentoring junior developers
- Previous experience with Product based companies
