About this role

SDR, US Outbound

Bangalore (HSR Layout) · Full-time, in office · US shift · Reports into the GTM team

The role

You own outbound into US ecommerce brands. Cold email, LinkedIn and calling, into US fashion and apparel brands doing $10M to $50M online.
Your job is booked meetings that our AEs actually want to take. Not activity, not connects, not opens. A meeting counts when the brand fits, the person owns a marketing or revenue number, they have a live problem, and they turn up.
We are an AI native creative and performance agency. We take the mandate for a brand's creative and performance work and own the outcome. You are not selling software, so the conversation is about how their marketing gets made today, not about a product.

What you'll do

Work a named account list rather than spraying a market. The accounts are yours to know properly.
Run three channels. Email sequences, LinkedIn connection requests and messages at around 300 a week across your own account and a ShopOS account, and calling into the US.
Write your own copy and test it. We are not handing you a script that works, because we do not have one yet. Month one is finding out what gets replies from a US marketing head, and you should expect to throw most of it away.
Qualify properly before you book. A meeting that does not qualify costs an AE an hour and costs us credibility internally.
Keep the CRM honest. What was said, what the trigger was, when to come back.

What we're looking for

Must have. At least two years selling into the US, and it worked. You can name the accounts you booked, what the sequence looked like, and your actual reply and meeting rates.
You have sold into ecommerce or D2C brands, or something close enough that you know what a catalog, a PDP and a performance creative are.
You can write. Most of this job is written, and generic outbound gets deleted.
You will work US hours. Not sometimes.
Strong signals. You have used AI properly in your outbound, for research, personalisation or list building, and you can show what you built rather than name a tool you subscribed to.
You have worked somewhere small where nobody handed you a playbook.
You have opinions about why most cold email fails.
We will bend on. Titles and the size of the logos.
We will not bend on. Two years of US selling that actually produced meetings, and willingness to work the shift.

This is probably not for you if

You want a list handed to you and a script to read.
You measure your week in emails sent.
You want to move to closing in three months. That may happen, but not on a promise made at offer stage.
Apply with your CV. If you have outbound numbers you're proud of, put them in the application, we'd rather see those than a cover letter.
