Job Description

Are you passionate about content, digital visibility and the future of AI-powered search? Join us as a Search & GEO Content Specialist and play a key role in scaling Oral Care Europe’s content engine across multiple brands and markets.

In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of content operations, SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI-driven discovery, ensuring high-quality content moves efficiently from idea to publication. You'll collaborate with agencies, market teams and cross-functional partners to help our brands stay visible wherever consumers search, browse and discover information.

What You'll Do

Drive Content Operations Excellence

  • Own and maintain the central repository of SEO and GEO content assets across brands, markets and websites.

  • Keep content trackers and dashboards accurate, actionable and up to date.

  • Provide clear visibility on content progress, priorities, risks and next steps.

Accelerate Content Delivery

  • Coordinate content creation, translation, legal review and publication processes.

  • Partner with agencies, market teams and website owners to keep projects moving.

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring content reaches consumers quickly and effectively.

Champion SEO & GEO Best Practices

  • Review content against SEO and GEO quality standards.

  • Help optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.

  • Support the refresh and optimization of existing content to improve discoverability and performance.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for content agencies and key stakeholders.

  • Drive accountability, alignment and timely delivery across multiple projects.

  • Share regular updates on progress, risks and opportunities.

Support Efficient Processes

  • Assist with operational processes including documentation, governance, purchase orders and budget-related administration.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content workflows and ways of working.

Job Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in content operations, digital content management, SEO, website content coordination, or a similar field.

  • Experience working with agencies and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Confidence in tracking progress, driving accountability and following up on actions.

  • Experience working with dashboards, trackers and reporting tools.

  • Curiosity about SEO, GEO, AI Search and emerging digital discovery trends.

  • A proactive, execution-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English language.
