Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers within Dubai's secondary real estate market.
- Advise clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
- Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and available inventory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and sales tools.
- Meet individual sales and business development objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secondary Real Estate Agent in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the Dubai secondary property market.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Strong professional network within the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
