Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
- Direct traffic flow and ensure safety in the lot
- Collect parking fees and issue tickets (if applicable)
- Keep the parking area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
- Other duties to be determined by operations
- This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time.
Qualifications:
- Valid CA Security License Card
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills (Knowledge of Track-Tik a plus!)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
