About this role

Join Amazon Mexico's Selection team to shape how we identify and grow the products customers want most. As the Program Manager for Selection Intelligence, you'll build the frameworks and tools that transform data signals into actionable selection leads — directly influencing what's available on Amazon.com.mx.



Key job responsibilities
In this role you will:

Design and own the selection intelligence strategy, defining how we surface high-signal opportunities from internal and external data sources
Build scalable frameworks that convert market signals into prioritized selection leads for the Mexico marketplace
Partner with tech, science, and business teams to automate and accelerate the selection discovery process
Use SQL, data analysis, and AI tools to drive insight generation and decision-making at scale
Influence the selection roadmap by translating data into clear business recommendations

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
