About this role
- Work on mold & trim and form system downtime and major follow-ups of the day
- Carry out mold PM per schedule and follow PM procedure
- Ensure all machine repair & buy-off checklists are being updated accordingly
- Perform equipment setup, calibration and verification after maintenance.
- Feedback on any machine spares requirement for machine utilization improvement / machine sustaining / CIP’s
- Proper follow up and documentation on rectification performed to engineers and supervisors
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures before breakdown occurs.
- Maintain good housekeeping (5S) in production line and maintenance area
