We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support our US-based client by managing day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sage Accounting Software and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In-Office Opportunity. Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat Requirements Key Responsibilities ● Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities and branches. ● Assist with monthly financial close activities. ● Work closely with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting. ● Coordinate and oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and billing processes. ● Ensure seamless coordination between accounting and payroll functions. ● Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations using Sage Accounting Software. ● Support billing activities and ensure timely processing of financial transactions. ● Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Required Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ● Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience. ● Hands-on experience with Sage Accounting Software is mandatory. ● Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Billing, and General Ledger. ● Experience with month-end closing activities. ● Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience working as a Senior Accountant. ● Experience managing accounting for multiple entities or business units. ● Exposure to healthcare or home care accounting is an advantage.
