Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for office environment maintenance and facility repairs.
- Monthly admin expense payment
- Office supply inventory check, purchasing and restocking
- Staff travel logistics, including air/train tickets booking, hotel, visa application, transportation arrangements etc.
- Assist in coordinating annual dinner and admin projects.
- Front desk backup including visitor reception, phone calls, and courier handling.
- Other administrative Assignments as needed.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong customer-focused attitude and proficiency in MS Office application and outlook.
- Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be independent, flexible and willing to take challenge.
- Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
- Related office admin experience is preferred.
- Experience in office relocation projects is preferred.
