Organization: Dreamtime Learning Online School
Work Mode: Work From Home
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (9 Hours)
💼 Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced senior admission counselor to drive admissions for our online school programs. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and prior experience in school or online education admissions.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Counsel parents/students and explain program details
Handle admission inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Make minimum 60–70 connected calls per day
End-to-end admission management until enrollment
Work towards achieving monthly admission targets (Minimum 10 admissions)
Maintain accurate follow-up records in CRM
🎓 Requirements:
Prior experience in school admissions or online school admissions (mandatory)
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
💰 Salary & Benefits:
Annual CTC: ₹4,20,000 (PF Included)
