What you'll be doing:

  • Build and deploy AI agent tools that help engineering teams accelerate software development.

  • Continuously oversee the latest AI agent, LLM, and auto-coding technologies, and apply them to improve tool capabilities.  

  • Optimize AI-assisted coding workflows to improve usability, code quality, reliability, and development efficiency.

  • Work closely with engineers to understand real-world development problems and turn feedback into practical tool improvements.

  • Analyze, debug, and resolve sophisticated toolchain issues to ensure a smooth developer experience.

  • Create guidelines, documentation, and guidance to support successful adoption across engineering teams.

 

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, AI application development, or a related field.

  • Strong hands-on experience in AI agents, LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, or AI workflow automation.

  • Practical experience building AI-powered applications, coding assistants, automation tools, or developer productivity solutions.

  • Solid understanding of software development workflows, including coding, debugging, testing, version control, code review, and CI/CD.

  • Ability to continuously supervise the latest AI agent and LLM technologies, evaluate their practical value, and apply them to improve tool usability, reliability, and output quality.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand engineering problems and deliver effective AI-based solutions.

  • Strong programming skills in Tcl/C++/Python, with the ability to design, implement, debug, and maintain high-quality tools.
