AI Solutions is our global post-sales and professional-services organization — the team that takes process intelligence and agentic AI out of pilots and into production, and owns customer outcomes end-to-end. We are AI-first by default: we spot repeating patterns and build agents to automate them, scaling the value we deliver with the book of business, not with headcount.
The role. The owner of our most strategic accounts and the first coach on the team. You take full end-to-end accountability for the customer's solution — framing the real problem behind the ask, designing how Skan, enterprise data, analytics and agentic AI fit together, and staying hands-on to ship it. You mentor and coach fellow consultants, raise the quality bar, and set reusable patterns others adopt. For a consultant with real delivery pedigree — including strong Deloitte, Accenture or KPMG talent — who wants architecture-level influence and genuine ownership, this is the role.
What you own
- Full end-to-end customer accountability on strategic accounts — the solution owned from discovery to realized value.
- Framing the real problem and designing the end-to-end solution — how Skan, enterprise data, analytics and agentic AI fit together.
- Setting reusable reference patterns and a quality bar the team adopts; staying hands-on to build and ship where it counts.
- Mentoring and coaching fellow consultants and raising the bar across the team.
- Applying AI/ML for anomaly, trend and root-cause analysis; deeper, prescriptive insight.
- Helping drive governance, utilization and outcomes across the team.
What we look for
- 5–8 years owning complex or strategic delivery end-to-end; top consulting-firm or SI pedigree welcome, applied hands-on and AI-first.
- Architecture instincts — thinks in systems, not just workflows; comfortable designing across data, analytics, apps and agents.
- Proven ability to mentor peers and raise quality across a group.
- Deep Skan (or comparable platform) product expertise; strong applied AI/ML fluency; executive-ready communication.
- Solutions-led, builder's mindset; heavily hands-on at a high bar.

- Thrives in uncertainty: Can run a substantive, back-and-forth customer conversation, build on a fuzzy idea, and convert uncertainty into certainty — Idea → Implementation → Impact. Customers are under pressure and want someone who guides and coaches them.
- Pragmatic solutioning: Navigates roadblocks and imperfect systems without waiting to be told what to do — independent judgment over guidance-dependence.
- Data-first, value-driven (not task execution): The real work isn't just executing the task in front of you. You own the step before — figuring out what data matters to create foresight on what to optimize — and the step after — the 'what next' that turns insight into value — keeping everything aligned to the customer's bigger goals.
- AI-first by default: Collects data first, then builds agents to optimize workflows — moving past large, manual analyst-and-developer teams.
- Ownership, agility, client-facing: Continuous contact with the customer and heavy ownership across every one of these dimensions.
How the role works
- Our priorities, in order: product expert (trained and certified on Skan), AI-first (agents do the repeat work — every consultant a 10x consultant), solutions-led (solve the true business problem), and end-to-end ownership from discovery through adoption.
- The bar: you solve real customer problems, and you independently lead a customer discovery session — turning discovery and ideas into a clear plan to ship and adopt an AI solution.
- Hands-on and technical: you own the hardest accounts end-to-end, design how the pieces fit together, stay in the build, and coach others to the same bar.
- Travel and focus: roughly 40% travel to customer sites; about 80% on customer delivery, 20% on learning.
