🚀 What You'll Architect

As a Senior AI Strategist / Solution Architect, you will architect intelligent operating systems that help organizations move from isolated AI experiments to scalable, governed, and business-ready intelligence. You will combine strategy, architecture, technical leadership, and executive advisory to define AI roadmaps, evaluate technologies, and design solutions that create measurable and sustainable value.

• Lead enterprise AI discovery initiatives through executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and operational assessments that uncover high-impact opportunities

• Architect AI maturity assessments across strategy, architecture, tooling, literacy, governance, organizational readiness, and security to create actionable transformation roadmaps

• Prioritize AI initiatives using structured value × feasibility × complexity frameworks that enable confident investment decisions and measurable business outcomes

• Design target-state architectures for generative and agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, memory management, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop orchestration

• Evaluate existing technology ecosystems and recommend pragmatic adoption strategies that maximize current investments while sequencing future capabilities

• Develop AI governance models, responsible AI recommendations, and operating frameworks that balance innovation with enterprise control

• Translate complex technical trade-offs into executive narratives that align business leaders and engineering teams around a common vision

• Contribute to pre-sales engagements, solution design, and strategic client conversations that position AI as an operational capability rather than a standalone technology

• Mentor consultants and engineers while defining reusable methodologies, architectural standards, and best practices for the AI practice

• Continuously evaluate emerging models, frameworks, MCP capabilities, agent protocols, and governance trends, bringing well-judged innovation back to clients and internal teams

🛠️ What You Bring

Qualifications / Certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• 7+ years of experience in AI, Data, Software Engineering, or Solution Architecture, including at least 2 years working with Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions

• Proven consulting or client-facing experience leading strategic technology initiatives

• AWS AI/ML, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft AI, Azure AI, Salesforce Agentforce, or equivalent certifications are considered an asset

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI agents, multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, tool/function calling, guardrails, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent

• Practical expertise using Anthropic Claude and Microsoft Copilot ecosystems, including Claude Projects, Claude Skills, MCP, Copilot, and Copilot Studio

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent cloud-native AI services

• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including embeddings, chunking strategies, semantic and hybrid search, reranking, vector databases, and evaluation methodologies

• Experience leading AI discovery sessions, executive workshops, and structured business assessments

• Ability to build AI strategies, business cases, and value hypotheses that prioritize initiatives based on measurable impact

• Strong Python development skills and software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, services, testing, and version control

• Experience evaluating AI platforms objectively and designing scalable architectures that balance technical feasibility, governance, and business value

• Experience designing enterprise AI governance frameworks, Responsible AI programs, and AI operating models (CoE / Core + Edge)

• Familiarity with AI maturity assessment methodologies and benchmarking frameworks

• Experience integrating multiple agent platforms within unified enterprise architectures

• Knowledge of regulatory and privacy frameworks such as GDPR and the EU AI Act

• Exposure to React or modern frontend frameworks for AI copilots and interactive demonstrations

• Experience mentoring engineers, consultants, or scaling AI consulting practices
