About the Role

Johnson & Johnson Services Inc. is recruiting for a Senior Analyst – Data Quality and Automation to join our Supply Chain Data Team. The position is based out of India.


The Data Quality & Automation Senior Analyst plays a key role in improving the quality, accuracy, and reliability of supply chain data across the organization. Working under the direction of the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager, this individual contributes to execution of day-to-day quality operations, supports automation initiatives, and engages stakeholders across different organizations to identify and resolve data issues at the source. This role will be involved in hands-on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Quality Operations: Performs data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to improve the quality of supply chain data across systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and root causes; escalate challenges and support resolution.
  • Automation Support: Assist in building and maintaining automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
  • Cross-Organization Engagement: Partner with different functions and organizations within Supply chain to understand data needs and drive corrective actions.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators; track trends and report improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain standard operating procedures, data standards, and knowledge-base content to sustain operations.

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools; exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL).
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains (material, vendor, customer, BOM, inventory).

·       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical devices, or consumer health).
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance concepts, and MDM tools.
  • Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma awareness or certification.
