About the role
Ethos is looking for an Annuity Operations professional that’s highly enthusiastic about working in a rapidly growing business. You will be responsible for driving the Annuity Ops team towards operational excellence by being a versatile, dynamic team-player who can effectively execute day-to-day tasks related to the Annuity Ops function. You thrive in a small team where you can make a big impact and will work collaboratively across disciplines to meet your objectives.
This is a great role for someone who is interested in gaining experience in blitz-scaling a technology first distributor of annuities and who has the qualities to elevate a growing team within the company. The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000 - $175,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
