Embedded within our Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration support team, you will serve as both a trusted subject matter expert and an operational leader—evaluating arms control measures, shaping nonproliferation strategies, and overseeing site operations to ensure mission success.

Duties:

  • Assess the impacts of Department of Defense program modernization and acquisition initiatives on international treaty compliance.
  • Drive policy formulation and dissemination, compliance verification, education and training development, and technical exercise/inspection execution.
  • Deliver high-level analytical briefings, point papers, and strategic documentation for senior military leaders, interagency partners, and international stakeholders.
  • Provide end-to-end logistical and analytical support for client-sponsored conferences, workshops, and high-level governance forums.
  • Ensure strict regulatory, security, and contractual compliance while managing cross-functional alignment between contractors, government entities, and foreign partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, National Security Studies, Public Policy, Strategic Studies, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience supporting arms control, counterproliferation, nonproliferation, strategic deterrence, treaty implementation, or international security programs.
  • Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing site operations, allocating resources, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Hands-on experience using the Arms Control Enterprise System (ACES) and Information Resources Support System.
  • Demonstrated ability to design/conduct training and exercises, analyze strategic force posture, and provide end-to-end logistical support for senior leader engagements.
