Senior Associate, Account Management

The Senior Associate, Account Management is a crucial role within our organization, requiring work in various capacities and adaptation to different work arrangements based on the needs set by business. 

What You’ll Do

• Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
• Oversee client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support across multiple sales channels to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support upselling, contract renewals, and client expansion initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in client services

What We’re Looking For

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, a related field, or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum 2+ years experience working at a digital publisher or digital ad agency.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health/wellbeing platforms

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Operative.One OMS.
• Strong understanding of Digital Media math and terminology.
• Knowledge of Ad Serving and Measurement vendors.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $61,875 - $82,000
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
