Execute audit engagements, review entry-level work, and provide training and guidance to ensure high-quality audit deliverables. Act as a main point of contact for clients and support the engagement team in engagements Key Accountabilities 1) Service Excellence (SE) SE1 Develop client relationships with Lower Management SE2 Provide added value services / reports SE3 Listen actively to determine client needs and makes suggestions to engagement management on how Firm can meet those needs. ME2 Communicates & coordinate assigned tasks to engagement team clearly to ensure efficient and effective results ME4 Ensures optimal utilization of staff time. QoW4 Obtained, review evidence and ensure all procedures are performed effectively and properly documented in the file QoW5 Identifies and refers ethical, accounting and conflict issues to Firm leadership. QoW6 Ensure proper hard and soft copy of the file been maintained with proper referencing, timely archiving. QoW7 Ensure properly & timely completion of assigned tasks. QoW8 Understands all relevant regulations and their impact on the audit. QoW10 Properly utilizing & integrating the Firm Technology tool. Requirements Key Success Factors • High knowledge in audit procedures and financial reporting and the related standards. • guidance capabilities. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Basic client relationship management. • Timely completion of assigned engagements with high quality. Experience • A minimum of at least 3.5 years Audit experience from reputable Audit Firm is required.
