About this role

About WeDoGood
WeDoGood was started when we realised that under-resourced entities are not able to grow due to lack of guidance and skillset. We are enabling growth by connecting them with skilled individuals who guide them and solve their problems. The skilled individuals come from top institutions and corporates with good experience and skillset.

We focused on not-for-profits and social enterprises for 4 years and worked with over 1200 organisations across 24 states of India. We are right now expanding to youth, trying to provide personalised and skilled mentorship within 4 hours leveraging AI and aim to support 1 crore youth by 2030. We have future plans to expand to small businesses as well.

About the Role
This role supports WeDoGood’s program and marketing function, working closely with them to improve retention with our beneficiaries and volunteers. You will be responsible to manage the lifecycle of volunteers, beneficiaries and our learning series called WeDoGood Academy. A key part of this role is also sourcing and managing corporate volunteers after successful partnerships - building relationships with corporates, getting volunteers onboarded, and managing the volunteer community to ensure sustained engagement.

This is an in-person role from our Bangalore office (Jayanagar), with 4 days in-office and 1.5 days work-from-home.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with corporates to source skilled volunteers for WeDoGood’s programs
  • Interact with learners, beneficiaries, and volunteers and manage their lifecycle with WeDoGood
  • Conduct learning sessions for WeDoGood Academy, a platform to provide right learning opportunity to our beneficiaries
  • Represent WeDoGood at corporate volunteer drives, webinars, and outreach events
  • Handle day-to-day partner communications and ensure responsiveness and professionalism
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment (5.5 days, ~50 hours/week)

Requirements:
  • 2–6 years of experience in partnerships, community management, or a relationship-heavy role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable speaking with corporate professionals and NGO teams alike
  • Organised and process-oriented — able to manage multiple partner relationships and volunteer cohorts simultaneously
  • Good writing skills for proposals, emails, and reports
  • Self-driven and proactive — does not wait for instructions to act
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment (5.5 days, ~50 hours/week)

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in CSR, corporate volunteering, or the social sector
