About the role
You will manage a diverse portfolio of client entities, delivering corporate secretarial, company administration, and governance services to a high standard. You'll oversee company incorporations, statutory filings, regulatory compliance, and ongoing entity administration, ensuring all obligations are met accurately and on time.
You will also take responsibility for the management of our In-House Entities and Virtual Office Client portfolio, ensuring effective administration, strong governance, and an excellent client experience.
As a key point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders, you'll build trusted relationships, provide expert guidance, and play an important role in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
What will you need to succeed in this role?
Essential
Previous experience in corporate services, company secretarial, corporate administration, or governance-related roles
Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, statutory filing requirements, and corporate governance practices
Experience managing a portfolio of entities, including company incorporations, annual compliance requirements, and regulatory filings
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide professional guidance and support
Proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a strong customer service mindset
High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Desirable
Relevant professional qualification (or working towards one), such as CGI, ICSA, HKCGI, STEP, or a related qualification
Experience managing In-House Entities and/or Virtual Office Client portfolios
Experience working within a fiduciary, financial services, legal, accounting, or professional services environment
Knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, and wider regulatory requirements
Experience supporting board meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining statutory records
Familiarity with entity management and governance software
Experience of process improvement and contributing to operational excellence initiatives
