Are you an experienced corporate services professional looking to take the next step in your career with a leading international organisation? We are seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Services to join our growing Dubai team.

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality company administration, governance and company secretarial services. You will play a key role in supporting company incorporations, maintaining statutory compliance and building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries across multiple jurisdictions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and governance requirements

  • Coordinating company formations, registrations, licensing applications and ongoing statutory administration

  • Preparing and reviewing corporate documentation, including board resolutions, minutes, share transfers and officer changes

  • Maintaining statutory registers, company records and filing systems to the highest standard

  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, advisors and external stakeholders

  • Supporting client onboarding and ongoing compliance monitoring activities

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and support business growth

  • Contributing to process improvements, operational efficiencies and best practice across the team

  • Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues through knowledge sharing and guidance

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years' experience within corporate services, company secretarial, fiduciary or professional services environments

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, company law and statutory administration

  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems

  • A proactive, professional and solution-focused approach

Desirable

  • Relevant professional qualification (completed or in progress)

  • Experience working in a regulated or multi-jurisdictional environment

  • Exposure to company incorporations, corporate structuring or board governance activities

  • Additional language skills
